Ready to dive into Balinese Hindu culture? Join us as we learn about Balinese Hindu culture, ceremonies and offerings. You’ll learn how to make Canang Sari which is the offering placed daily around the home, and kwangen, which is held to the forehead when praying. We’ll learn how to make other simple offerings, as well as more advanced offerings in classes before major Balinese holidays such as Galungan and Nyepi. Classes will be in Indonesian if you speak it, or in English if you don’t yet speak Indonesian language and you don’t need to bring anything, as everything you will need to make the offerings will be provided.
Classes with a minimum of 5 and maximum of 30 participants are arranged by request only, and held at our locations in Ubud and Sanur. Simply contact us and we’ll arrange a convenient date, usually on a Saturday.
