A Gallery of Cinta Bahasa Doodles
Yes, they’re called Doodles.
Nearly every day, Google changes its wordmark to represent something unique, interesting or celebrated on that particular day. A wordmark is a brand designed using the name of the company or organization as well as an image. Google calls these wordmarks, “doodles”. The entire catalogue of their Google Wordmark Doodles is presented here. All of these artworks are designed by our Graphic Designer: Yola Blackenthered. At Cinta Bahasa, we also use a wordmark, but we change them on a much less frequent basis, than Google does, but if we had a team of designers like they did, we would change them every day!
Doodles help to visually communicate what we often just put into words. They represent various Indonesian customs, holidays, special events and aspects of Indonesian Culture that we wish to feature. Being pro-democratic and inter-cultural within Indonesia, inter-religious as a team of over 20 full-time teachers and staff, our Doodles reflect Indonesia’s diversity which is contained in the National Motto: Unity in Diversity.
